Rockville Woman Accused Of Masterminding Fast Food Robbery Scheme

A 20-year-old Rockville woman has been arrested in connection to the robbery of a food delivery driver back in February, authorities announced on Friday, March 17.

Demia Lincoln-Scott was taken into custody on Thursday, March 16 after being accused of the robbery of the driver that occurred on Saturday, Feb. 18 in the 700 block of Fallsgrove Drive, according to Rockville police.

Investigators say that Lincoln-Scott called a restaurant and specifically requested for the food order to be delivered to an incorrect apartment building, and instructed the driver to walk to the fourth floor where she had no intention of picking up the food.

The delivery driver reportedly arrived to the specified location, where he was robbed at gunpoint by a co-conspirator, Gerrard Harrison, who was arrested earlier this month.

Lincoln-Scott has been charged with Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit Robbery,Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Assault, and Conspiracy to Commit Second Degree Assault.
